1.主要技術特點

NAG-M紅外線模具加熱爐的熱源是采用鐵烙鋁合金電熱絲，特點：高效節能。在鐵烙鋁合金電熱絲后面安裝有紅外線輻射板，它可以有效地把熱量反射給爐膛，輻射板、鐵烙鋁合金電熱絲組成一套紅外線加熱體，是將熱量以電磁能的形式往爐膛輻射，模具吸收并將電磁能又轉換成熱能的一種加熱方式。模具框是采用耐高溫不銹鋼刪格結構設計，具有良好的機械強度，又具有良好的通風和通光效果。

2.本產品三大亮點：

(1)保護模具安全：均勻適速加熱，避免了快速加熱而引起的模具開裂氧化等問題，減少了不必要的修模，大大提高了模具的使用壽命。

(2)節能：

①合理的抽屜式托盤設計，大幅降低了熱能的流失；

②熱能的有效利用，自主研發的紅外線輻射板吸收熱量以后直接輻射到爐膛后對模具進行加熱.

③高密度高分子玻璃纖維材料保溫措施，有效降低熱量的流失，從而達到直接節能的目的。

(3)操作安全、快捷、舒適：抽屜式的取放模具，避免了傳統式模具模打開時熱氣往身上冒，而產生的身體不適。進而達到安全操作工作效率提高的目的。
