淬火系統具備強風冷、風霧冷卻和噴射水冷等功能。風冷采用電動執行器調節，水冷采用調節閥組成兩級調節。裝置全長7米，強風冷、風霧混合冷卻、高壓噴射水冷重疊一起，有效冷卻長度6米。裝置分上下兩部分，上部可升降，下部水槽固定。所有動作均采用PLC控制，通過人機界面進行操作

Total length of the equipment is 7 meters, and the effective cooling length is 6 meters when air cooling, air-mist combined cooling and high pressure spray are overlapped. The equipment is divided into two parts, the upper part can be raised and lowered, and the lower part is fixed. All actions are controlled by PLC and operated through man-machine interface.
