全自動多條長棒加熱熱剪爐（簡稱全自動多棒熱剪爐）。采用了先進的熱風循環加熱方式，液壓熱剪切等多項新技術，具有加熱速度快、生產組織靈活、成品率高、自動化程度高、操作環境優越、能耗低等特點。

性能特點： 爐子保溫性能好、棒溫均勻、熱效率高、耗能低。初始加溫時間為2.5-4小時可達到鋁棒擠壓溫度。 設備燃料可采用：天然氣、水煤氣、輕柴油等?？刂品绞?PCL , 觸摸屏，分為全自動控制、半自動控制、手動控制三種形式，并設有爐溫超溫警報裝置。

The initial heating time is 2.5-4 hours can reach the aluminum bar extrusion temperature. The device can be used as the fuel: natural gas, water gas, light diesel oil.  Control mode : PCL, touch screen, divided intoautomatic control, semi automatic control and manual control in three forms, and is provided with a furnace temperature and over temperature alarm device.
