This production line is a rapid heating production line which combining technologies of thermal engineering mechanism, auto-control, hydraulic, photoelectricity and thermometry. It forms an indispensable part of the aluminum extrusion line together with the extrusion press. It uses kinds of new technologies, such as gas spraying to intensify heating and circulating preheating with waste heat. Hot shearing, hot saw and stripping machine can be chosen as the supporting facility. (Note: Both long and short aluminum billet can be heated rapidly)
